Preston Digital Cooperative Limited is a cooperative society registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is Preston Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston PR1 2RL. You can contact us at hello@preston.coop.

What this site does and does not do

• This website does not use cookies.
• This website does not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service.
• This website does not embed social media trackers or advertising scripts.
• The only external request this page makes is to Google Fonts for typography. No personal data is sent as part of this request beyond your IP address, which is handled under Google's own privacy policy.

Mailing list signups

If you sign up to stay informed via the form on our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your organisation (optional)
• Your email address
• The date and time of signup

We use this information solely to send you updates about Preston Digital Cooperative — new developments, membership news and events. We will not share your details with third parties, sell them, or use them for any other purpose.

Your details are stored in a secure file on our server, accessible only to PDC's secretariat team.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@preston.coop and we will respond promptly.

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by emailing us.

Data retention

We will keep your details for as long as you remain on our mailing list. If you ask to be removed, we will delete your details within 14 days.
